We pride ourselves in being the very first sushi restaurant in Sherwood Park to be partnered with Ocean Wise and serving sustainable and locally sourced food. SAKE

Sake is a Japanese alcoholic drink made from fermented rice, koji (often translated as rice malt or yeast made from rice) & water. All servings are in 3oz glasses.

Aizu Homare Honjozo

Clean and delicate, this is a well-balanced sake with a smooth mouth-feel & even weight. Refreshing acidity through to the finish. Can be served cold or hot (40-45°C).

Seaside

This wine-like sake has crisp notes of lemon-lime & apple aromas with a soft, frothy finish. This sake is best paired with seafood.

Seasonal Sake to reflect the changing seasons and menu.

SHOCHU

Shochu is a Japanese traditional hard liquor, distilled spirits made from grains & vegetables. The most common base ingredients are sweet potato, barley, rice, buckwheat & sugar cane.

Tan-Taka-Tan-San

Hand-picked purple shiso leaves makes this shochu aromatic and easy to drink. It has a fresh & clean taste with an essence of flowers & herbs. Served with sparkling water, shiso, and lemon.

Kobachi Yuzu Highball

Our signature refreshing summer drink that was inspired by the Japanese Yuzu Sour. Made with shochu, yuzu syrup, lemon & ice.

UMESHU

Umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made by steeping ume fruits in alcohol and sugar. It has a sweet, sour taste, & can be enjoyed after meals. Served on the rocks or with sparking water.

Takasago Plum Wine

With a unique blend of Pure-Sake and pickled plum, this award winning plum wine is moderately sweet with a light hint of ume sake. Enjoy this wine after your meal.

BEER

Innis & Gunn Barrel Aged (Scotland / 6.6%)

The bourbon barrel aging process brings out a vanilla and toffee flavour that’s combined with a Scotch Ale to create a malty like character.

Orion (Japan / 5.0%)

From Japan’s tropical island of Okinawa comes this big bottle with a creamy foam and a mild crisp flavour.

Alley Kat Full Moon (Edmonton / 5.0%)

A West Coast style pale ale that is both kettle and dry-hopped with Centennial and Cascades. The hops provide a nice citrus-like taste to balance out the caramel malts.

Super Dry Asahi (Japan / 5.0%)

Asahi Super Dry is Japan’s number 1 beer. It is brewed to an authentic Japanese recipe to give it a dry, crisp taste and quick, clean finish that never lingers.
